About Us

Hello, we are Jim & Dawn Ziarkowski, owners of K9 Country Club. We are a full-service dog boarding facility located in Waukesha, WI that serves Waukesha, New Berlin, Brookfield, Mukwonago and surrounding areas. Founded in 2017, K9 Country Club specializes in dog boarding and offers a variety of services that are tailored to your dog’s needs. We grew up with dogs and understand the importance of your furry family member! We have shared our dog enthusiasm for over 25 years and have significant experience with a lot of breeds to include German Shepherd, Malinois, Caucasian Shepherd, Czechoslovakian Vlcak (wolfdog), and many more. Our love and understanding of dogs made us a perfect fit to be kennel owners and we have 6 furry children of our own! Our goal is to make your dog feel at home through individual attention and love for each guest.
**We are the official kennel for City of Waukesha K9-unit and have affiliations with 22 other law enforcement agencies

We have taken our two rescues from Jordan to Jim about 5 times and everytime we do I have no worries about if they are being taken care of & loved. It is scary to leave your dogs when you go out of town but not with Jim. One of my two dogs is very scared of new people and shakes around them but he doesnt shake when we bring him to stay at K9 country club because Jim has such a way with dogs.
